With the holidays upon us, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to each of you for making your contributions to science and the broad radiation community through your involvement with the Radiation Research Society. Your hard work contributes and encourages the advancement of radiation research in different areas, facilitates cooperative research between disciplines, and promotes dissemination of knowledge. Your membership in the Radiation Research Society is valued on both a personal and professional level.
If you attended the Annual Meeting in Weston this year, thank you very much for your commitment and participation. Our sincere thanks go out to the many volunteers who contributed to the annual meeting's success. We also take this time of year to express our gratitude to immediate Past President Gayle Woloschak for her tireless work for the good of the Society, and to our many committees and their chairs.
We look forward to a productive 2016 with our members, and along with Program Chair/ President-Elect Charlie Limoli we are well along with a not-to-be-missed program for the 62nd Annual Meeting. We wish you and yours the happiest of holidays and a fruitful 2016.
I look forward to seeing you all on the Big Island, HI, in October 2016.
