Committee Size: 6 to 8
Committee Rotation: 3 Years

Committee Membership: The committee shall typically consist of at least six to eight members with each serving a three year term. All members of the committee are appointed by the President subject to the approval of Council.

Committee Responsibilities: The committee is responsible for making the membership aware of education and training opportunities in the radiation sciences, at the undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral levels. It periodically surveys universities and national laboratories to determine the education opportunities available at these institutions and presents articles in the rrsNEWS to inform members thereof. The committee also responds to requests from members and nonmembers for information on educational opportunities in the radiation sciences.

Committee Reporting: The committee reports it activities to the RRS Council through the President.
