<description><![CDATA[<p>This new study, published in Science Advances, is surprising and poignant when it comes to gender bias. One of the most surprising was this discovery:</p><p>"Two thirds of the managers who thought gender bias no longer existed were men. However, female managers with this opinion undervalued female staff just as much as male managers, according to the study’s findings."</p><p>This means we not only need to consider the male perception of equality, but the female as well.
