Ensure racial inclusion – positively address any action items generated from Racial Justice session at RRS2020 – ensure that there are no barriers to inclusion, equity and progression within RRS – requires racial profiling?

Clearer guidelines to role/expectation of Prog Comm members &/or Session Chairs & Co-Chairs - develop a written agreement.

Clearer strategy for funding of non-RRS invited speakers (inc plenaries) – generate a base-line expectation (but w/ flexibility).

Develop strategies and activities to ensure better Officer / Councillor contact/engagement with our junior members (inc 1st timers) @ the annual meeting & an understanding of the problems faced (pre-submit questions for Panel Discussion @ AnnMtg?). Develop Rich B’s idea for 2020 for 2021 (shake hands & kiss babies).
