- Financial stability: Continue efforts to balance our budget, increasing funding, sponsorship, etc. and reducing costs for meetings and journal. The goal should be a (nearly) balanced budget. As this year has shown, we cannot rely on being able to get $300K every year from our stocks to make up for the shortcomings.

- Motivate membership: Continue efforts such as podcasts, vodcasts, open seminars, and other outreach to offer some attractive value for the membership, esp. while we are all not traveling, esp. to bring ECIs and SITs into the community and keep them interested.

- Inclusion of underrepresented groups, including women and minorities. Hopefully we will get some good ideas on how during the meeting.

- Provide a virtual component of our annual meetings in the future, too, to allow members that can't travel to the meeting to attend.

- Increase visibility and membership of Physics, Biology and Epidemiology
